Water color by Bertram J. Cross

Bertram J. Cross grew up in New York State and now resides in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  He is a graduate of Kent State University, where he earned a BA degree in architecture.

Mr. Cross’ background as an architect has aided him in a technical style of painting he uses to create paintings of extreme realism not often associated with the watercolor medium.  It is this style that has become his trademark.

Mr. Cross is a member of the North East Watercolor Society, and the New Mexico Watercolor Society. His work has been included in numerous exhibits and is in private and corporate collections.
